Tickets and Booking

1. What is included in my ticket?

To visit Stoneleigh Abbey, you need to purchase a Grounds Entry Ticket. For a guided tour inside the Abbey, you would need to purchase an additional tour ticket.

2. I have a voucher; how do I redeem my it?

We accept a number of vouchers from key partners as well as our own vouchers. To redeem your voucher, you need to book in advance of your visit and bring your voucher with you on the day. Failure to bring your voucher with you when you visit could mean you are denied access or will need to purchase extra tickets.

3. Do I have to book in advance, or can I just turn up?

You can purchase tickets in advance via our website or you can turn up and pay on arrival. Booking a table in the Tea Rooms for your cream tea / Afternoon Teas in advance is Essential to avoid disappointment.

4. Can I use the Tearooms without purchasing ticket to the grounds?

Our tearooms are only accessible to those who have purchased a Grounds Entry Ticket or voucher.

5. Do I get a discount for visiting as a group?

We offer a discounted rate for group tours of 10 or more which can include refreshments, but these are by prior arrangement only. Please contact the team to find out more.

Visiting

1. Can I visit the house without a grounds ticket?

The House is accessible by Guided Tour only. To do a tour, a Grounds Ticket is required.

2. Is there free parking?

Yes, there is ample on-site parking.

3. Are dogs allowed?

Assistance dogs are welcome.

4. How long would you recommend for a visit?

We would recommend a minimum of 3 hours if you are wanting to include a guided house tour, refreshments, and a walk of the grounds.

5. Is there much for children to do?

Children can get interactive with our themed trails. During Warwickshire school holidays there are extra events. Please see our What’s On page for more details and dates.

6. Do you have baby changing facilities?

We do have baby changing facilities in our disabled toilets in the Abbey, Orangery and Riding School.
