The Abbey is fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies with a choice of internal rooms and one garden location to choose from. We are happy to host all or part of your wedding day celebrations.
We have a great choice of rooms suitable for different parts of your wedding day and the size of your guest list.
For your reception you can choose one of three rooms within the grand West Wing: the Saloon with its stunning plasterwork and views of the gardens will seat up 100 guests; up to 60 can dine in the lovely surroundings of the Gilt Hall; and the Vaulted Hall offers a very romantic setting for up to 60 guests.
Set in the gardens the conservatory is perfect for those who want a less formal setting and the lawns of the riverside gardens offer an amazing backdrop for a marquee.
