Venue Hire - Dinner

Stoneleigh Abbey is open to the public from Good Friday to the end of October every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Bank Holidays for guided tours at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. All of the facilities are available for hire outside of those times. On the days when the Abbey is open to the public events can take place after 6pm. All events must finish by midnight. The Abbey has a helicopter landing area.

There are four areas of the Abbey available for hire:

The West Wing

Banqueting Hall Facility fees for the hire of the Banqueting Hall start from £3300
Conservatory Facility fees for the hire of the Conservatory start from £1500
Riverside gardens Facility fees for the hire of the Riverside Gardens start from £2000
Parkland Facility fees for the hire of the Parkland start from £3000

Catering 2008

Tea/Coffee from £1.50* pp plus VAT
Hot Buffet from £30.00* pp plus VAT
Cold Buffet from £25.00* pp plus VAT
3 Course Meal from £39.50* pp plus VAT based on a minimum of 60 adult guests in the West Wing and a minimum of 150 adult guests in the Banqueting Hall. Lower numbers are welcome, please enquire about menu prices.

* Please note that all catering costs are subject to market fluctuations. Prices given are an indication of cost.

A good selection of wines is available in a wide price band.

In addition to the above room hire costs there will be a charge of £6 per head for each of your guests.

Due to the historic structure of Stoneleigh Abbey, we regret that we are unable to welcome any children under the age of six years. A maximum of ten children aged six to twelve years may attend any one event.

Other Charges

Marquees - we are happy to provide a quotation once we know your requirements.

Clients can hire direct such services as photographers, caterers, musicians/entertainers, florists, audio visual aids etc., providing that the companies used appear on the Abbey’s list of approved suppliers.
